It's only 300 mtrs. away: Suma Restaurant. The food is delicious and the view is stunning. The talented chef and his staff prepare daily changing meals, based on what is fresh and in season. Healthy and tasty! You are welcome for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Senja Restaurant, de second restaurant, is on the top of the hill. Watch the sunset while you enjoy the indonesian dishes. If you want to have dinner in a local warung, or in a fine restaurant in one of the resorts, one of the drivers will be happy to bring you there and pick you up.

Supporting the reef, the forest and the community

Sumberkima Hill and its villa owners are involved in a sustainable project regarding reef restoration and reforestation: Metamorfosa. Metamorfosa aims to restore the reef by looking at all conditions that are necessary for sustainable success. For example, Metamorfosa has started a coral nursery where pieces of baby coral can grow before they are placed on sculptures underwater. These sculptures with the baby coral attached to them form the beginning of a new, healthy reef. Reforestation is another activity. In the hills two thousand trees have been planted already. By providing education and job opportunities Metamorfosa wants to involve the community and let them play a key role in creating a healthy eco-system in Sumberkima.
